Elisa Grey
Elisa Grey, Chief Revenue Management Officer. Elisa Grey has over 26 years of experience in business attraction, retention, and project management of commercial development projects within the Inland Empire. As an economic development professional, she has worked for the City of Fontana and the County of Riverside. After 18 years in local government, Ms. Grey transitioned to the private sector, joining HdL Companies, a sales tax reconciliation consulting firm. In this role, she collaborated with over 60 California cities on various economic development-related services and served as a development consultant with developers and retail advisors in Southern California..
In her current role with the Ontario International Airport Authority as the Chief Revenue Management Officer, Ms. Grey has been instrumental in overseeing all revenue-generating programs and projects at the Ontario International Airport. She has managed the development of 4.3 million square feet of industrial development, liaised with cargo carrier partners (such as UPS, Amazon, and FedEx), revamped the concessions and rental car programs, and played a leadership role in advancing opportunities to increase revenue generation from non-traditional non-aeronautical sources.
Ms. Grey is responsible for generating more than $100 million in revenue, overseeing Concessions, Ground Transportation, Airline Affairs, Properties and Real Estate, and Advertising & Partnerships.
Ms. Grey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Riverside, a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies, and an MBA, both from Azusa Pacific University.
