Ontario, California April 27, 2017 Parking rates at Ontario International Airport will be revised effective May 15, 2017, to provide users with more choices and more closely match parking products with customer demand.
Commissioners of the Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) today approved a Resolution providing the first adjustments to parking products and rates since October 2009 when they were established by the Los Angeles Board of Airport Commissioners prior to the transfer of the airport to the OIAA on November 1, 2016.
Highlights of the approved adjustments:
Lot 3 between Terminals 2 and 4 will be designated Economy Parking at $10 per day; currently the cost for this lot is $13 per day.
Daily parking rates at Terminal 2 and 4 will remain $18 per day. New Premium Parking will be offered immediately in front of Terminals 2 and 4 for motorists wanting to park for only a few hours after which the daily rate will be $24.
Lot 5 near the Consolidated Rental Car Facility and east Terminal 4 will be designated Value Parking at $13 per day; currently this lot, often filled to capacity, is $9 per day.
Valet parking located on the outer curb Terminal 4 will cost $25 per day; the introductory rate is $20 per day.
"We believe these adjustments are prudent and responsive to marketplace conditions," said OIAA CEO Kelly J. Fredericks. "ONT will now offer a wider range of products than other airports in Southern California with pricing set to ensure convenient parking availability where desired at prices competitive with peer airports in the region."
