Ontario International Airport offers unparalleled customer service to every traveler and we aim to make every airport visit pleasant for our passengers. Our comprehensive airport disability services are tailored to support travelers with disabilities, providing them with the necessary resources to prepare for their upcoming trip to ONT.
We understand the importance of accessible travel at Ontario International Airport, and we recommend that travelers with special requirements arrive at the airport two hours before their airline’s recommended departure time. This allows our airline disability assistance team to ensure timely processing and to address any unexpected situations that may occur, facilitating a seamless travel experience.
To make your trip as smooth as possible, ONT has an Airport ADA Coordinator on staff.
The role of our ADA Coordinator is to oversee and ensure that the airport's facilities and services meet the needs of travelers with disabilities, helping to make your trip through Ontario International Airport as seamless as possible.

In accordance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) it is the policy of Ontario International Airport to make reasonable modifications to its policies, practices, and procedures to accommodate disability needs.
A reasonable modification is a change or exception to a policy, practice, or procedure that allows people with disabilities to have equal access to programs, services and activities. Reasonable modifications must always be related to the individual’s specific limitation caused by the disability.
When requesting a reasonable modification to an airport program or service, an individual with a disability is not required to provide medical documentation or diagnosis to justify their request, but they must be able to explain how their disability is related to the requested modification.
Contact the airport division offering the program or activity you wish to participate in. They will arrange for special accommodations. Their contact information is provided in the literature announcing the event.
